I'm a sucker for frozen yogurt, magazines, and yoga

After a lengthy day of patient care and meetings, I left work *when it was still light outside* and traveled west to my most very favorite quick stop eatery: Jason's Deli. The love affair started in Waco, and there is NO replacement for the Turkey Wrap with fruit. Or the free frozen yogurt with dark chocolate sauce. I read my new Cook's magazine and perused Facebook until it was time for yoga.

Yoga Flex is my new favorite class at American Family Fitness. I love my gym like I love my car. And my handbags. Tonight I didn't have any difficulty shedding the thoughts from the work day, but my muscles did fight with me. I'm still a little sore from my first skiing adventure on Sunday, and pyramid pose bit back tonight. No matter what though, corpse pose right at the end is always a winner with me! I've actually caught myself napping before. I guess I'm just good at deep relaxation.

Last night I crammed in some studying to finish up the Biological bases of behavior/psychopharmacology section of the EPPP study guide. Tonight, I imbibe in Season 6, Part Two of SATC. Carrie is about to become reunited with her high school boyfriend (played by David Duchovny) for like the 10th or 11th time. I started rewatching all the episodes again in order at the beginning of February, and its been my downtime ritual.
