Here is our guy crossing the stage at Meadowbrook! It turned out to be the very same location of his 2004 high school graduation from Stoney Creek. The ceremony was very, very nice.
My mom and dad and I met at Detroit Metro on Friday morning and drove to Rochester to meet Grandma at our very favorite dairy bar Red Knapps. After, we went to the cemetary to see my grandpa, and then we went to Le Conte to see my Uncle Mike and their new tailoring shop that's next to their store. I got to see all my cousins, now ages 7 to 21, and ALL of them have cell phones! It's the weirdest thing! After the ceremony on Saturday, we went to Novi to meet Amy and Ray, Ray, Jack and Kit, and Becky for an afternoon of bowling at Lucky Strike. I was pathetic! At least I was able to break 100. My right arm is still sore. The weekened was a fabulous opportunity to see those that I love whom I don't get to see that often. In fact, the last time was Easter of 2005. The cousins all looked SO different. I've been missing very formative years.
